Joel 

Joel was born and raised in Panama City, Panama. As a professional who has been through the immigration legal system, he grew a passion for Immigration Law. Before working at Passage, Joel was a paralegal for different law firms in Houston, Texas, and Encinitas, California.

Joel's professional goal is to provide conscious legal service and help clients feel more comfortable while going through their immigration process. Joel has an LL.M. from Penn State and an LL.B. from Universidad de Panama and is taking the Bar Exam in the near future.
